Developing generic behaviour change tools has enabled us to learn from experience the most effective way to make employees embed new techniques to create more productive lifelong habits. This knowledge has proved valuable to a wide range of clients, who have commissioned us privately to develop solutions for their own organisational change planning.
The World Bank required a travelling role play event designed and built for those learning the complexity of sustainable investment frameworks; PwC wanted a more immersive way for their consultants to get a grip on the latest security behaviours. In public service, we have worked with three Government departments and the European Commission on behaviour change objectives related to cyber security and ‘net zero’ compliance applied in the challenging SME and multi-lingual office environments. The MOD commissioned us, as learning designers, to review the whole defence learning ecosystem and build demonstrators that inspire adoption of new technologies in learning. We are currently developing for a new client, a ‘soft skills’ curriculum environment and for the Cabinet Office, a cyber cultural change programme for civil servants.
We offer consultancy on policy development, design organisational vulnerability audits and organise soft skills development. Several commercial and public service clients have commissioned us to design-and-build immersive eLearning tools and bespoke collaborative team games, that are made specifically to address their organisation’s challenges in the tone of voice and brand they prefer. We have the proven capability to take, sometimes very dry, technical, and scientific content and convert it into engaging content that is memorable as an experience. Our media-rich learning products can be delivered direct to users through our Learning Management System (LMS), or they can be easily configured to integrate with your organisation's own LMS.
